FAQs

  • Once you purchase your design kit, you will be notified within 24 business hours by our team. We will then ask for the necessary info to complete your kit. For example, your business name, tag lines, etc.

  • To ensure we get you your brand ASAP, our turnaround time is 5 business days upon your reply of your business info.

  • There is an option to customize. However, we do have a fee associated.

  • We can do custom illustrations as an add-on if you would like! The extra investment starts at 100 for 5 illustrations. If you desire a more technical drawing, the price does increase.

  • if you have a font in mind, then absolutely! However, please note you will be charge for the licensing in order for us to complete your brand.

  • You can customize your brand name, tag line, and location. If there are other minor necessary changes to better fit your brand name (ex. layout) then we can do that as well.

  • You will get one round of revisions. After that, it switches to our hourly rate of $116.

  • For exclusivity purposes, we only sell 5 brand kits. However, you can can purchase exclusive rights for $1200 if you wish.

Brand kits do not include the licensing for the fonts we utilize. I will provide the links for you of where to purchase them, but they are not a part of the package.
